- Authentication cookies (LinkedIn session cookies required for user-initiated actions)
- User-provided data (CRM tags, campaign selection)
- Extension technical state (settings, session status)

Purpose of collection:
- To import LinkedIn profiles into the user’s Turbo Tangerine CRM upon explicit user action.

Data storage:
- Temporarily in the browser via Chrome storage
- Persisted on Turbo Tangerine servers associated with the user account

Data sharing:
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or third parties.

User control:
- Data collection occurs only when the user manually triggers an action.

Chrome Extension Specific Data (Turbo Tangerine LinkedIn import extension)

Data collected: The extension may access and extract data from LinkedIn pages you visit when you explicitly trigger an import, such as the LinkedIn profile URL, public profile identifiers and page content necessary to create a CRM record. The extension may also access authentication tokens issued by Turbo Tangerine (Lexibot) to authenticate API requests. Only LinkedIn session cookies required for user-initiated actions may be accessed.

Processing purpose: This data is processed only to provide the requested functionality: importing LinkedIn profiles into your Turbo Tangerine account and executing actions you request (e.g., add to campaign).

Storage: The extension may store limited technical data locally in the browser using Chrome storage (e.g., session state and configuration). Imported data is stored in Turbo Tangerine servers associated with your account. We do not sell your data.

Sharing: Data is shared only with Turbo Tangerine infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, database, monitoring). We do not share your data with advertisers.

The Turbo Tangerine Chrome Extension collects and processes data strictly limited to its single purpose: importing LinkedIn profiles into the user’s Turbo Tangerine CRM upon explicit user action.

The extension DOES NOT collect data in the background.
The extension DOES NOT track browsing activity.
The extension DOES NOT monitor user behavior outside of explicit actions.

8. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data retained while the account is active. Users may request deletion at any time.
• Inactive accounts: Deletion after 3 years of inactivity
• Connection logs: Maximum 12 months
• Billing and invoices: As required by law (up to 10 years)
• Chrome Extension: JWT cache 24-72h, LinkedIn data not stored

9. Data Recipients and Sharing

Human Access to Data

No human at Turbo Tangerine reads or accesses user data by default.

• Human access to user data may occur only:
• With explicit user request (customer support)
• For security investigations
• To comply with legal obligations
• All access is logged and strictly limited.

Google API Limited Use Compliance

If applicable, Turbo Tangerine’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Used solely to provide the core functionality of the extension
• Not sold
• Not used for advertising
• Not transferred to third parties except as necessary to operate the service

Third-Party Data Sharing – LinkedIn

The Chrome Extension interacts with LinkedIn pages only when the user is actively visiting LinkedIn and triggers an import action.

• No automated data collection is performed.
• No data is collected without user interaction.
• No LinkedIn data is shared outside the user’s Turbo Tangerine account.
